Recipe ingredients:
- oil.
- Diced onion.
- Green pepper cubes (hot or cold as desired).
- Small diced tomatoes.
- Good spices .
- Dill and coriander leaves.
- Sumatra sauce.
Pomegranate molasses.
- Lemon juice.
- Muslai rice.
- Chopped cabbage or small pieces.
Preparation method:
In a pot on the stove, add the onions and peppers with hot oil until they change color.
- Add the Taybeen spices from Mashael Al Majd until they become soft, then add the tomatoes, greens, and salt to taste.
- Then adjust the flavour and add Sumatra sauce, pomegranate molasses and lemon juice as desired.
- Add the Egyptian rice and chopped cabbage, then cover the mixture with water and leave it to cook. Prepare the sauce at this time.
Sauce method:
Mix the ingredients until you reach the desired consistency and flavour.

How to serve cabbage fatteh:
- Place a layer of toasted bread on the plate.
- Add some of the sauce to the bread.
- Then we put the fatteh mixture and decorate with the sauce and toasted bread on top.
